The success of the Girls on the Run 5k depends on the commitment of the volunteers that believe in and support Girls on the Run.

PR and Advertising
Do you have connections or experience working with the media? We need people to help get the word out. This includes help in the distribution of brochures and posters.
Set-up Volunteers
Help get the venue ready on the day of the event. We want to create an exciting, fun atmosphere for all participants. Are you an early riser? You’ll need to be there by 7:00.
On-Course Volunteer
Help cheer our runners toward their goal. Direct them safely along the path. Enthusiasm is absolutely necessary!
Post Race Volunteer
We intend to leave the venue cleaner than we found it. Help with the cleanup. Recycle all cardboard and plastic bottles. Save everything that can be used next year.
